1. Program description

Bridgemaster Holdings, LLC, through Tariff Monster, sends text messages related to your account and your use of our Services, including verification codes, account and security notices, document requests, and service updates. This is a transactional and account-notification messaging program.

2. Consent and opt-in

You opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive messages — for example, by checking the SMS consent box during sign-up, or by requesting a verification code. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and account.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

6. Cancellation (STOP)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt in again. To resume messages, sign up again or contact support.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not share your mobile opt-in information, phone number, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with a new effective date.
