Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites and products of Bridgemaster Holdings, LLC (“Bridgemaster,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Tariff Monster and Tariff Refunds (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. The Services
Tariff Monster provides tools for U.S. tariff classification and import-duty estimation. Tariff Refunds assists importers with identifying, documenting, and claiming customs duty refunds and drawback. Individual products or features may be subject to additional product-specific terms, which apply in addition to these Terms.
4. Not professional advice
The Services provide information and software tools and do not constitute legal, customs-brokerage, tax, or financial advice. Tariff classifications, duty estimates, and refund assessments are provided for convenience and may not reflect final determinations by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or other authorities. You are responsible for verifying results and for your own regulatory compliance.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: using them for any unlawful purpose; interfering with or disrupting the Services; attempting unauthorized access; scraping, reverse engineering, or copying the Services except as permitted by law; or infringing the rights of others.
6. Fees
Some Services or features may require payment. Applicable fees, billing terms, and any recurring charges will be presented to you before you incur them.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including their content and software, are owned by Bridgemaster or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Third-party links and services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridgemaster will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or US $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridgemaster and its officers, members, and employees from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia for any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
